“Hi. I just wanted to thank you for allowing me to see and play this piano. Thanks for your patience with my friend and me as we took things apart to look it over. To put your mind at ease, we did not find anything wrong when we looked more carefully, and I believe your price is very fair. My friend and I are both retired Choral directors, and I am a decent pianist. I am looking for a baby grand for my home and am looking for just the right one. Every single piano is a little different, even the same make, model, and year. Though I liked the sound of this piano, the action was a bit sluggish for my personal preference. When I talked with my piano technician, he said that may improve with a regulation of the action, but how much is unknown. So, I am not interested in this piano right now.
